Nationwide Louvre Company construct our louvres entirely from high quality HETF aluminium extrusions, fabricated and tig welded for strength of construction and manufactured to suit varying depths and applications with blade sizes of 34mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 150mm.
Specialist louvres are not manufactured to a standard size, any panel size can be created by joining individual panel modules and then finishing with one in a full range of powder coatings which are suitable for external mounting.
These are applied as an Aluchrome pre-treatment to give a guaranteed life expectancy of 15 years of semi-gloss applications and 20 years for gloss applications ( subject to confirmation). Other finishes such as PVF2d, Syntha Pulvin and anodised finishes are available at varying costs on application.
Nationwide Louvre Company are able to design bespoke solar shading / brise soleil systems to the customers requirements using a number of standard blades and support methods each system can be designed to complement the buildings construction and appearance.
Using our own computer system Nationwide Louvre Company are able to confirm shading effects and performance of it’s systems. Brise Soleil / Solar shading is available in a number of materials and blade sizes / profiles. Standard elliptical blade sizes include 120mm, 210mm and 300mm with other sizes also available.
Timber Brise Soleil is also available using a range of blade shapes and sizes. Normally timber brise soleil is supplied in western red cedar due to is weathering and resistance to warp, however there is also a large optional timber such as Siberian Larch, Iroko and many others also available.
Nationwide Louvre Companies APL Acoustic Panels are constructed by using of two steel sheets bonded either side of a high density laminar mineral wool core.
The external surface can be galvanized, plastic coated or polyester powder coated, with a perforated internal surface in galvanised mild steel or a polyester powder coated perforated steel. The result is a very strong sandwich construction panel with a non visible side fixing joint detail with a superb acoustic performance.
NLC- APL acoustic panels are available in three thickness depths of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. Acoustic panels are supplied in two panel widths and twenty five external colour finishes.

Nationwide Louvre Companies NLC-ACL range of acoustic louvres are supplied in four stardard formats of 150mm, 300mm and 600mm deep with a 300mm deep high performance acoustic louvre.
Acoustic louvres are normally manufactured from galvanised mild steel with a 45kg/m3 acoustic core, and can be supplied self finish or etch primed and polyester powder coated to a standard RAL or BS 4800 colour and gloss referance. Acoustic louvres can also be manufactured from plastisol, aluminium or stainless steel.
