Nationwide Louvre Company manufacture our aluminium weather louvres from high quality grade HE9TF aluminium extrusions, factory fabricated and mechanically joined or tig welded for strength of construction. Each louvre and manufactured to suit varying depths and fixing applications with louvre blade sizes of 34mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 150mm. Our specialist louvres are not manufactured to a standard size, any panel size can be created by joining individual panel modules. Louvres can then be finished with a full range of polyester powder coatings which are suitable for external mounting. These are applied as an Aluchrome pre-treatment to give a guaranteed life expectancy of up to 25 years for semi-gloss applications and up to 30 years for gloss applications. Other finishes such as PVF2, Syntha Pulvin, anodised and plastic coating is available at varying costs. Our louvres can be manufactured in a number of shapes and frames sizes and styles. Nationwide Louvre Companyies Brise Soleil – Solar Shading elliptical blade systems have a fully adjustable blade pitch and variable blade angle which allows the ideal combination between light and a reductions in solar gain and solar glare. Nationwide Louvre companies Brise Soleil – Solar Shading systems are also available in timber using quality sustainable timber such as western red cedar. Timber brise soleil is not only eco-friendly but light, strong and aesthetically pleasing. Nationwide Louvre Company supply and install Brise Soleil - Solar Shading in factory manufactured modules or in a flat pack form ready for site assembly. The factory manufactured brise soleil optionss modular design allows for site installation time savings and ease of assembly. Aluminium flat pack site assembled brise soleil - solar shading is manufactured from high grade HE9TF extrusions which are mechanically joined to avoid distortion and together with our unique ‘snap-in’ fixing system also allows easy site assembly.

Nationwide Louvre Companies APL Acoustic Panels are constructed by using of two steel sheets bonded either side of a high density laminar mineral wool core. The external surface can be galvanized, plastic coated or polyester powder coated, with a perforated internal surface in galvanised mild steel or a polyester powder coated perforated steel. The result is a very strong sandwich construction panel with a non visible side fixing joint detail with a superb acoustic performance. NLC- APL acoustic panels are available in three thickness depths of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. Acoustic panels are supplied in two panel widths and twenty five external colour finishes.

Nationwide Louvre Companies NLC-ACL range of acoustic louvres are supplied in four stardard formats of 150mm, 300mm and 600mm deep with a 300mm deep high performance acoustic louvre. Acoustic louvres are normally manufactured from galvanised mild steel with a 45kg/m3 acoustic core, and can be supplied self finish or etch primed and polyester powder coated to a standard RAL or BS 4800 colour and gloss referance. Acoustic louvres can also be manufactured from plastisol, aluminium or stainless steel.
