Horizontal Solar Shading – Residential Property, Newport

The pictures below show a horizontal solar shading project recently supplied and installed by NLC on a residential property in Newport.

The solar shading panels were made using our 150mm wide elliptical blade powder coated in 7022 Matt. This particular project featured 5 fully welded corners to allow the panels to run continuously along the face of the building and around the corner.

These runs of solar shading were used on both the ground and first floor of the building to help prevent solar gain through the large windows featured on the property.
