Louvred Screens

Louvred screens or continuous louvres are available to mask plant or to provide an architectural feature. Louvred screens can be manufactured to any length or height and interlocked to provide a continuous appearance with expansion gaps incorporated as necessary. 

Additional features may be included within louvred screens, such as single or double doors, removable sections, blanking plates or insulated panels, dampers and other accessories can be added to the system to provide a bespoke louvre screen solution for every application.

The NLC range of louvre screens are normally provided with a full purpose designed steelwork support system, incorporating all components except the cast concrete bases by the builder. 

Louvre Screen unit sizes are not limited in total, however a maximum single panel of 5 metres long is available due to limitations with powder coating and extrusions. The standard finish on louvres is milled aluminium, however most louvre screens are now powder coated in polyester powder coating to a standard R.A.L. reference.  Alternative finishes such as Syntha Pulvin or Anodising are available on request. Total flexibility is the key with louvre screens and any arrangement of screen and support can be provided from a fully factory built system to site assembly and insulation. For customer peace of mind, we normally recommend that the screens are installed by our experienced team of site personnel, so that responsibility for the louvres rests with just one company.
